Day 1 - The hard work begins

Hi, my name is Joel. I'm 5'10 and used to weigh 164 pounds and had a 32 inch waistline 2 years ago. But due to work and stress, I am now 184 lbs and waistline has grown to 38 inches. No wonder my office pants felt so tight.

Anyways, decided to put up this blog (or my daily dairy) to see how much belly fat I can lose in the next 31 days. This daily posts is for my personal focus, but if it helps you lose belly fat as well, great!

Well today is Day 1 of the fun journey. Here it goes:

5:45 am - My house is near a major jogging and aerobics field. Went for a 7km walk/jog/walk. Will take it easy, worse thing is to overdo on the first day and be unable to do anything in day 2.

6:00 am - Got to the park. Saw an aerobics group that I used to join years ago. Decided to jump in. The instructor I think used to be a dance choreographer, so the aerobic routine were more of stretching and dancing. With nice music, the 90 minutes went by quickly. Lots of sweat. Feels good.

8:45am - Got home. Drank lots of water. Will have a decent breakfast. But did some 5 minutes crunches.

11:30 - Took a 15 minute walk to my daughter's school to pick her up. Took 15minutes to walk back home. Should be good to burn a few calories. Anyways traffic was bad, if I took the car it would have taken longer.
