Day 4 - Weights

Woke up, tipped the scale at 184 lbs. Took a piss, then weighed again. Now it is 183 lbs. Didn't realize that water weighed 1 pound.

Decided not to jog today and would do some weight lifting in the afternoon to build some upper body strenght and muscles. It would also give my ankles and legs time to recover from 3 straight days of jogging.

However, I did not sweat a lot during weightlifting. My body feels different, I miss the sweat and the good feeling after.

Will probably do jogging daily, my body misses it.

Ate a lot of pasta and 2 cans of tuna. Some Coke and ice cream as well. Will probably have to cut down on food to get ripped abs. Watched some Youtube of fitness champion Jennifer Lee to get some motivation.

It's 10pm, time to get a good night sleep.
