Day 2 - Lose Belly Fat

Alarm clock went off at 5:15am. Just immediately brushed my teeth, put socks/shoes and quickly go out of the house. I knew if I start thinking, my brain will find reasons for me not to jog. It might be raining, you need to recover from the sore muscles of day 1, etc.

Before stepping out, took my weight, lost 1 pound from yesterday, now at 183 lbs.

5:30am - Went jogging to the outdoor aerobics session in the nearby park. When I got there the group already started. Found my spot, started to do the aerobics. Music and a great choreographer made the 90 minute session seem like 15 minutes. I sweated a lot, it felt good.

My shoulders are slightly sore, due to a lot of arm movements in the aerobic routine.

8:15am - Got home, ate 3 hardboiled eggs, took a shower.

9:15am - Got dressed to go to church. Surprised that my jeans felt so tight. I really need to lose this belly fat or else spend money buying bigger jeans. Went to church with family.

10:30am - Decided to go to a nearby mall with my two kids and wife. Ate some chicken at a local fast food place. Walked around, window shopping. Then went to the supermarket to buy some pasta, tomato sauce, and lot's of canned tuna.

4:30pm - Took my two kids for a walk outside the house. With all these video games, internet and computers, they are also packing on some weight. Half hour walk was good, also allowed me some time to bond with them. Quality time as well as losing weight.

Looking forward to Day 3. Feeling really good after just two days of exercise.
