Weighed myself, still at 183 lbs. But I did feel good after two straight days of doing some exercise.
Went jogging to the park. Unfortunately there was no aerobics, maybe they only have it on weekends. So I did some uphill sprints instead. Sapped a lot of energy.
Got back home, had some pasta and tuna. Then took the train to a local land transportation office to renew my license. It was a long process, from 9:30am - 2pm. Figured I burnt some calories walking and standing for 5 hours.
Got home and ate some more pasta. I'm not really dieting, just focusing on more exercise and activity to increase my metabolism.
Tight jeans still felt tight, but not as tight as yesterday.
Looking forward a great day tomorrow.
